Each Attendee MUST complete and send in a liability form before they will be admitted to the demo. Please include shop name on the liability form. You WILL NOT BE ALLOWED into the demo without a liability from. Thank you.

WWSRA has set up a room block with the Best Western High Country Inn. Rates start at $75 plus tax and are available until February 1, 2012 after this date rates are based on availability. When booking mention WWSRA On-Snow Demo.

Passport Security System
You will be issued a "passport" badge, which allows the reps to track their equipment.
Parking & Registration Location Info:
Parking is being offered for WWSRA attendees in the main parking lot of Snowbasin on Lot A. Lot A is the closest lot to the lodge and base area. Attendees will need to inform the parking staff that they are with WWSRA to park in this area. NO credential or ID required.
Registration will take place in the Huntington Room of Earls Lodge (Main Day Lodge at Base of Mountain). There will be signs in the lodge directing the attendees on where the registration room is located.
Ticket Sales will take place at the Ticket Desk located right outside of the Huntington in Earls Lodge. WWSRA Attendees will need to show their badges in order to receive the discounted lift ticket rate.
Access to the Demo Area is available by loading the Little Cat Lift just outside of Earls Lodge. The Chair Lift will off load directly at the demo area. We will allow foot access on Little Cat lift to all WWSRA attendees.
Registration
Pre-register online through February 1, for just $15 per person--save time and money!
The registration fee on-site is $25 per person. You must bring some form of Shop Identification to register at the show (i.e. - Business Card, Shop ID Card, Business License, Pay Stub, etc.). General Liability Form (Skiers & Snowboarders) & DIN Form (Skiers ONLY) are available online (see above), and will be available onsite as well. To save time, print out the General Liability Form (one per attendee), and the DIN Form (one per skier only) and complete before arriving the day of the event.
